About Steve Neary

As an independent contractor, Steve has handled thousands of insurance loss claims while working on REO bank-owned properties across 12 states. His expertise includes fire, water, and mold damage restoration. Negotiating with adjusters and clients to restore properties to their original condition in a cost-effective and efficient manner advanced his career and expanded his service area beyond his home state to a regional level. By streamlining the process from start to finish, he kept clients informed, ensured projects stayed on schedule, and held all parties accountable.

Steve also has extensive experience in property management, having successfully owned and operated a business that serviced both residential and commercial clients. As a fully licensed real estate broker with a background in construction, he managed property portfolios with maximum efficiency, leading his business to success. The company was eventually sold and continues to operate today.

More recently, Steve has worked in real estate finance, holding multiple licenses as a mortgage banker and broker. Over his career, he has funded more than $100 million in residential and commercial real estate transactions across multiple states.

Outside of work, Steve has been an avid golfer since the age of eight, competing and winning several tournaments when time allows. He also enjoys fishing and boating as often as possible. He and his wife love the outdoors and appreciate living in an area rich with outdoor activities.
